Time to celebrate!
HEIA(Q) invites you to join our 2020 World Home Economics Day celebrations! The celebrations will commence with reviewing HEIA(Q)’s progress in 2019 at our brief AGM and recognising the achievements of the 2020 King and Amy O’Malley scholarship recipients. A scrumptious high tea and electrifying practical workshop will follow. The workshop will explore e-textiles and will provide an opportunity for participants to tinker with LEDs and conductive threads to produce a fabric badge to commemorate World Home Economics Day.
